Description

I created this design with clinicians and those working on ditching diet culture and finding food freedom in mind. It can be hung in your office or room. Use this to create a conversation about the collective care that comes when we decide to leave system that has created a hierarchy of bodies. Use this to remind of you of the freedom that is available when helping yourself and others to leave diet culture behind. This can be framed and given as a gift for someone on their journey!

This quote is from the work “Uses of Anger: Women Responding to Racism,” by Audre Lorde. If you are unfamiliar with Audre Lorde’s work, I would highly recommend her. Audre Lorde is a writer and poet known for her works on feminist thought. She was a radical feminist, professor, and civil rights activist in her lifetime.
