I Launched a Podcast!

I told my mom once, that I get the most things done when I have the least amount of time.

In grad school, I worked a full time job, led a bible study group, took 12 hours, and still found time to sleep each night. I get so creative when my schedule is full.

So in this season of my life, I work five jobs. Yea you read that correctly. I have a full time job, and 4 part time jobs. On a “slow” week I work 48 hours, on the more tight weeks I may work up to 60 hours.

I don’t recommend that as it’s not long-term sustainable. But I have got some wonderful sparks of creativity and inspiration. So I did my research on the market, and decided to jump in!

I created a podcast: Intuitive Eating for the Culture. I created this to be a space for people of color to explore intuitive eating. Right now intuitive eating looks like another exclusive club, but that couldn’t be further from the truth.

So my goal for this podcast is provide education, resources, and a safe space for people of color to leave diet culture. Together we can dismantle the diet industry, and social constructs that tell us we need to look, eat, and behave a certain way to have health.
