Am I the only one that scrolls through Instagram feeds full of food?? I get so much inspiration to try new flavors and combinations!
Because I know we all have an obsession with food, I thought I’d show you what I’ve been eating recently!
The past few weeks have been full of simple recipes packed with flavors and fresh veggies!
I’m currently planning for next year. I’m working on a series that will run through all of January! Bringing in 2018 with positivity and hope!

Next year I’ll be commuting a lot to Tulsa and Oklahoma City for my internship. So I’ll be posting about meals that travel and reheat well. As well as travel friendly snacks that keep you full and satisfied!
In between eating, I finished the semester! My final paper was accepted and I gave my final presentation! I can’t believe I’ve had the opportunity to be in school for so long. I’m also really glad to put all this education to use! There’s something so satisfying about helping someone learn skills for everyday life. That’s the whole reason I started this blog: to share what I’ve learned in life with you!
You know, this season has really challenged me to keep pushing when I just feel exhausted. I know this is going to come in handy at some point in my life!
I hope your holiday season is going well! For those who celebrate: Merry Christmas!! So grateful for the birth of Jesus. The longer I live the more I realize I need a savior!
